Kadokawa’s MF Books imprint has published the 10th and final novel of the Isekai Yakkyoku (Parallel World Pharmacy) light novel series by Takayama Liz. The 10th novel was released on January 25th, 2024.
Takayama started the story on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2015 and finished it in September 2023. Kadokawa’s MF Books imprint published the first print novel, with Keepout‘s illustrations (Chichi wa Eiyuu, Haha wa Seirei, Musume no Watashi wa Tenseisha) in January 2016.
The light novel series inspired an ongoing manga adaptation by Takano Sei, which started in November 2016 on Kadokawa’s Kadokomi website. The manga’s 10th tankoubon volume was released in Japan on December 21st, 2023. The novels also inspired a TV anime adaptation, which premiered in July 2022 and can be streamed on the Crunchyroll website.
