Maeno Onsen’s Erotica no Hoshi (Star of Erotica) manga will end with the release of the fourth and final tankoubon volume on April 18th, 2024.
Maeno started the manga in March 2013 in Kodansha’s Comic Day magazine, and the final chapter, number 40, was released in December 2023. Kodansha published the manga’s first volume in July 2023 and the third in January 2024.
The manga revolves around Endo En, who dreams of becoming a manga artist but keeps having setbacks, and a mysterious, beautiful girl, Rankawa Yosuka, who suddenly appears before him. Endo, who is completely drunk, is taken to a love hotel without realizing it and ends up showing Yosuga the manuscript while he’s in his underwear, all excited. Endo, who was praised for the crappy story but good art, decides to team up with Yosuga and aim to become an erotic manga artist?!
