Staff for Suicide Squad Isekai, the original anime by Warner Bros. Japan and Wit Studio released a new trailer for the show and confirmed the show’s main cast, visuals, and theme song artists.

The anime, which will debut globally in 2024, stars:
- Nagase Anna as Harley Quinn
- Umehara Yuichiro as The Joker
- Yamaguchi Reigo as Deadshot
- Koyasu Takehito as Peacemaker
- Fukuyama Jun as Clayface
- Kimura Subaru as King Shark.
Direction will be handled by Nagata Eri, also known as Osada Eri (episode director for Jujutsu Kaisen, Gintama) at Wit Studio.
