Manga author Hokazono Masaya announced on their Twitter account that the Kichikujima (Freak Island) manga will end in two chapters. The manga will end with chapter 335.

Hokazono (Pumpkin Night, Inugami) started the horror manga in 2013 on Takeshobo’s Web Comic Manga platform and began serializing it on the LINE Manga platform in 2019. LINE published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in August 2019 and the 27th volume in December 2024. The story follows a group of university students who became trapped on a deserted island with a serial killer.
