A new promotional reel video for the Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) franchise has revealed that Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hashira Geiko-hen (Demon Slayer – Hashira Training Arc) anime will premiere in Spring 2024. The anime’s official website confirms that the show will broadcast on Fuji TV networks, starting with a one-hour special episode.

It’s also been confirmed that the franchise will have another world tour. It will screen the final episode of Kimetsu no Yaiba – Katanakaji no Sato-hen (Demon Slayer – Swordsmith Village Arc) and the first episode of Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hashira Geiko-hen (Demon Slayer – Hashira Training Arc) in Japan and 140 countries and regions starting in February 2024. The tour dates and key cities are listed as:

  • Tokyo on February 2-3
  • New York on February 10
  • Seoul on February 11
  • Mexico City and Singapore on February 17
  • Jakarta on February 18
  • Paris and Taipei on February 24
  • London and Hong Kong on February 25

 

Kimetsu no Yaiba - Hashira Geiko-hen

 

The first Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer) season premiered in April 2019 and had 26 episodes. This was followed by the animated movie Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Ressha-hen (Demon Slayer The Movie – Mugen Train), which debuted in Japan in October 2020.  Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-hen, a seven-episode arc that adapts the Mugen Train film to an episodic TV release, premiered in October 2021 with additional scenes. The Kimetsu no Yaiba – Yuukaku-hen (Demon Slayer – Entertainment District Arc) anime premiered in December 2021 and began with a one-hour special.

The latest release was the Kimetsu no Yaiba – Katanakaji no Sato-hen  (Demon Slayer – Swordsmith Village Arc) anime, which premiered on April 2023 with a one-hour special and aired 11 episodes. All seasons are currently available to stream on Crunchyroll.
