WWWave Corporation has revealed a new teaser video for the Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun (Don’t Touch Kotesashi/さわらないで小手指くん) TV anime, which will premiere in October 2025.

Saito Hisashi is directing the anime at Quad studio, and the anime will star:
- Yasuda Rikuya as Koyo Kotesashi
- Sugata Hina as Arama Kusunoki
- Murakami Manatsu as Chiyo Sayamagaoka
- Aoki Ruriko as Miyuki Hongo
- Aizawa Saya as Izumi Sumiyoshi
- Serizawa Yuu as Aoba Kitahara
The anime is based on Shinjou Takuya’s Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun manga. Shinjou started the manga in May 2021 in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app, and Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in September 2021. The manga’s 11th volume was released in March 2025, and its 12th volume was published on July 9th, 2025.
The manga follows Kotesashi Koyo, a high school freshman with a unique skill for massaging. To earn money for tuition, Koyo becomes the manager of the dormitory of the sports powerhouse Seiwa University High School. There, he meets a group of JK athletes! To get a scholarship to medical school, Koyo devotes himself to “taking care of their mind and body”!
