The final chapter of Shimizu Eiichi and Shimoguchi Tomohiro’s Batman: Justice Buster manga was published on May 23rd, 2024, in this year’s 25th issue of Kodansha’s Morning magazine.
Authors Shimizu and Shimoguchi started the manga in December 2020 as part of a collaborative project between DC Comics and Kodansha’s Morning magazine. Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in August 2021 and the third volume in August 2023. The manga is published in English by DC Comics.
Shimizu and Shimoguchi have also worked together on Kurogane no Linebarrels, Dragon Circus, Ultraman, and Getter Robo Devolution – Uchuu Saigo no 3-bunkan.
Batman has been protecting Gotham City for only a short time, but crime has changed since the vigilante’s appearance. It’s gotten bolder and more destructive. As Batman tries to rise to meet these new threats, he develops a computer system, ROBIN, to help him analyze and subdue the rising criminal tide and hopefully one day put an end to crime in Gotham.
