Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry service published the final chapter of Nanatsuki Kyoichi and Asahi Manyo’s Tsukimonogakari manga on January 25th, 2025. Nanatsuki confirmed on their Twitter account that episode 17, part 2, would be the finale.

Nanatsuki (Dragon Bugyou, Project ARMS, Genma Taisen Rebirth) and Asahi started the manga in October 2022 on Shogakukan’s Sunday Webry service, and Shogakukan published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in July 2023. The manga’s second volume was released in November 2023, and the third volume was released in July 2024.
The manga follows the special unit Section 7 team, which deals with supernatural-related cases that are not officially considered to exist. Rookie police officer Chiza Okito is found to have the ability to see ghosts and monsters and, by chance, encounters a case that Section 7 is investigating. The criminals Section 7 is pursuing are spirits that possess humans and cause disasters.
