The 20th tankoubon volume of Etou Hiroyuki’s Mahoujin Guru Guru 2 (Magic Circle Guru Guru 2) manga revealed that the series will end with the release of the manga’s 21st volume. The manga’s 20th volume was published on April 12th, 2025.
The manga is a sequel to Etou’s original Mahoujin Guru Guru (Magic Circle Guru Guru) manga, which ran from 1992 to 2003 in Square Enix’s Monthly Shounen Gangan magazine. Square Enix published the manga’s first volume in August 1993 and the 16th and final volume in October 2023.
Etou started the sequel, Mahoujin Guru Guru 2, in November 2012 on Square Enix’s Gangan Online website, and Square Enix published the manga’s first volume in July 2013.
