HobbyJapan has confirmed that the Buchigire Reijou wa Houfuku wo Chikaimashita. Madousho no Chikara de Sokoku wo Tataki Tsubushimasu (A Livid Lady’s Guide to Getting Even: How I Crushed My Homeland with My Mighty Grimoires/ ブチ切れ令嬢は報復を誓いました。 ～魔導書の力で祖国を叩き潰します～) light novel series by Hagure Metabo has been green-lit for an anime adaptation.

Hagure started the story in October 2020 on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and HobbyJapan published the first novel with illustrations by Masami in May 2022 and the seventh novel on August 19th, 2025.
The novel series was adapted into a manga by Ouno Imo in May 2022 on Comic Fire, and HobbyJapan published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2023 and the seventh volume in April 2025. The manga’s eighth volume will be released on September 1st, 2025.
J-Novel Club releases both the novel series and manga adaptation in English under the name A Livid Lady’s Guide to Getting Even: How I Crushed My Homeland with My Mighty Grimoires. It released the sixth novel in May 2025, and the manga’s fifth volume will be released on September 10th, 2025. J-Novel Club describes the novel story below:
