Manga artist Itagaki Paru has confirmed on their Twitter account that the Ushimitsu Gao (Witching Hour/ ウシミツガオ) manga will end with its next chapter on May 13th, 2026.

Itagaki (SANDA, BEASTARS) started the supernatural manga in October 2024 on Akita Publishing’s Champion Cross platform, and Akita Publishing released the manga’s first tankoubon volume in May 2025 and the second volume in December 2025.
VIZ Media has licensed the manga, and it will release the first volume in English, under the title Witching Hour, in the Autumn of 2026.
