Kadokawa has confirmed that the FX Senshi Kurumi-chan (FX Fighter Kurumi-chan/ FX戦士くるみちゃん) manga by Demunyan and Tansan Saisuki has been green-lit for a TV anime adaptation in 2026. A teaser trailer and two anime visuals have been revealed.

Ogawa Yuki is directing the anime at Passione studios, and Suzuki Aina will star as Kurumi Fukuga.

Writer Demunyan and artist Tansan started the manga in February 2021 in Kadokawa’s Comic Flapper magazine, and Kadokawa published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in July 2021. The manga’s ninth volume is scheduled for release on January 22, 2026.

The story follows university student Kurumi Fukuga, who has finally made her long-awaited debut in FX (foreign exchange margin trading). Her motivation is to recoup the 20 million yen her late mother lost on FX. “I’ll easily get that much back!” she vowed.
