The official Twitter account for Naito Marcey’s Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi (甘神さんちの縁結び /Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister) manga has confirmed that the manga series will end with its 22nd tankoubon volume.

Naito started the manga in April 2021 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shounen magazine, and the manga is also released digitally in English on Kodansha’s K Manga service. Kodansha published the manga’s first volume in July 2021, and the 20th volume was released on June 17th, 2025.
Kodansha USA Publishing releases the manga in English series under the name Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister, and it released the manga’s 18th volume on May 6th, 2025. The company describes the story below:
“Uryu Kamihate has had a rough start to life, but plans to forget it all by achieving his dream-matriculating into medical school. But when he arrives at his new foster home, a working shrine, his dream of a quiet place to study goes up in smoke. Not only will he be living with the three beautiful, lively Amagami sisters-but he learns that he must marry one of them and take over the shrine!”
The manga was adapted into an anime in October 2024, and all 24 episodes can be streamed on the Crunchyroll website, under the English title Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister. Abe Yujiro (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! 3, Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen o!) directed the anime as Drive Studio, and the anime starred:
