TV anime has revealed the main promotional video and a new visual for the premium version of the anime. It also confirmed that the anime will premiere on July 5th, 2026, on the Tokyo MX channel.

Kurotsuguchi Narue is directing the anime at Studio Hokiboshi, and the anime will star Miyazora Riku as Ryosuke Kamiya and Yanagi Hitomi as Ruka Someya.
The anime is based on the Onaji Semi no Someya-san ga AV Joyuu datta Hanashi. (同じゼミの染谷さんがAV女優だった話。) adult manga by Shouji Nigou. Shouji started the erotic manga in April 2023 in KATTS’ Ananga Langa magazine and ended it in August 2024. The manga has a total of eight chapters.
The manga story is a love comedy in which university student Kamiya Ryosuke discovers a video of his fellow college student, Someya Ruka, appearing in an adult video under the stage name Aine Haruna. When he tells her about seeing it, it marks the beginning of a new relationship between the two.
