Publisher and developer Phoenix Game Productions has announced that the first-person action game Tokyo Underground Killer will launch worldwide on September 5th, 2025, for PC via Steam. The game will also be available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series, but no release date has been announced yet.

The game will be available on Steam with full audio in Japanese and English, and it will have Japanese, English, Korean, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese subtitle options.

Take a deep dive into the criminal underground of Tokyo as the feared “Shinjuku Vampire” Kobayashi. Equipped with a mystical sword and supernatural powers fueled by the blood of his fallen enemies, Kobayashi takes out Tokyo’s craziest lunatics for just the right price.
