Kodansha announced this Thursday that ONE’s new series Versus, illustrated by Azuma Kyoutarou (Tenkaichi – Nihon Saikyou Bugeisha Ketteisen) and composed by BOSE, will be added as a simulpub title to their new platform, K MANGA, both in Japan and the United States on November 25. Six other simulpub series to be added have also been announced, with two brand new ones set to launch on the platform. There are plans to add over 70 new series before the end of the current year.

Originally serialized on Kodansha‘s Shounen Sirius on November 26, 2022, Versus is ONE’s third serialized manga after One Punch Man (illustrated by Eyeshield 21 artist Murata Yuusuke in its serialized version) and Mob Psycho 100 (self-illustrated).

In a world overrun by an army of demons where humanity faces extinction, a squad of heroes is organized to take out their 47 generals. But even as that last hope is drowned in blood, a backup plan is set into motion: a team of magic users is sent across the world to draw a magic circle across the entire planet, to open a path across dimensions and summon help from another world. What they didn’t expect, however, was the spell opening doors to twelve other worlds, each inhabited by people who resorted to the same solution after being locked into a desperate battle against a similar threat. Now, each world is sending its representatives to pool their wits and resources together to try to achieve victory where they individually failed. Can they find their way out of this desperate situation, or will the plan lead them into oblivion?
