Staff for the MARRIAGETOXIN (Marriage Toxin/ マリッジトキシン) TV anime have released the second trailer for the show. The anime is set to premiere on April 7th, 2026.

The trailer reveals the ending theme song Shake Na Baby by AKASAKI, and it also features the opening theme song Kill or Kiss by Hirate Yurina.
Hori Motonobu is directing the anime at Bones Film studio, and the anime will star:

- Ise Mariya as Shizuku Ushio
- Yuikawa Asaki as Shiori Ureshino

The anime is an adaptation of the MARRIAGETOXIN manga by Joumyaku and Yoda, which began in April 2022 in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ app. Shueisha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in August 2022 and the manga’s 16th volume in January 2026. The manga’s 17th volume is scheduled for release on April 3rd, 2026.
The MANGA Plus app releases the manga chapters in English under the name MARRIAGETOXIN, and Viz Media releases the manga volumes in English under the name Marriage Toxin. Viz Media will release the manga’s 12th volume on April 7th, 2026.
