The official website for the TV anime Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi (Tying the Knot With an Amagami Sister) released the anime’s main promotional video and confirmed the premiere date as October 1st, 2024.

Abe Yujiro (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o! 3, Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen o!) is directing the anime as Drive Studio, and the anime will star:
- Uesaka Sumire as Yae Amagami
- Hondo Kaede as Yuna Amagami
- Wakayama Shion as Asahi Amagami
- Suzuki Ryouta as Uryu Kamihate
- Mizuki Nana as Mahiru Anekouji
- Anzai Chika as Shirahi Tsuruyama
The anime is an adaptation of Naito Marcey’s Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi manga. Naito started the manga in April 2021 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shounen magazine and the manga is also released digitally in English on Kodansha’s K Manga service. Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in July 2021 and the 16th volume on August 16th, 2024.
Uryu Kamihate has had a rough start to life but plans to forget it all by achieving his dream—matriculating into medical school.
