Shueisha has confirmed that Amano Akira’s Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri (鴨乃橋ロンの禁断推理 /Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective) manga will end with its next chapter on July 6th, 2025.
Amano started the manga in October 2020 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website, and Shueisha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2021 and its 17th volume on June 4th, 2025.
The manga is released by MANGA Plus in English, under the name Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective, and it describes the story below:
“This unusual duo brings the hidden truth into the light! Ron Kamonohashi, a private investigator with serious issues, and Totomaru Ishiki, a pure-hearted but dim police detective, team up to solve the most baffling mysteries! A thrilling detective story for a new generation from Akira Amano, creator of “Reborn!” and “?ldlive”!”
The manga was adapted into a TV anime in October 2023 with 13 episodes, and the franchise received a second season in October 2024, with a further 13 episodes.
