Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shounen magazine confirmed this week that Ohtaka Shinobu’s Orient manga will end in its November 2024 issue, which will be available for sale on October 9th, 2024.

Ohtaka (Magi, Sumomomo Momomo—Chijou Saikyou no Yome) started the manga in May 2018 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shounen magazine, and in February 2021, it moved to Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shounen magazine. Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in August 2018 and the 21st volume in May 2024. The manga is also published in English by Kodansha USA Publishing, which released its 19th volume in April 2024.

Due to its popularity, the Orient manga was adapted into a TV anime in January 2022, with the second cours debuting in July 2022. All 24 episodes can be streamed on Crunchyroll.
