Publisher A Plus Japan and developer BOKURA have announced that they will release Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, the online RPG game, for PC via Steam and Epic Game Store, iOS and Android. The free-to-play game will be released worldwide in 2025.

The Blue Protocol: Star Resonance game, licensed to BOKURA by Bandai Namco following the closure of the original Blue Protocol game, was previously only announced for release in China.
The original Blue Protocol game was released in Japan in June 2023 for PC and in December 2023 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. The game was developed and published by Bandai Namco, and Amazon Games was planning to release the game to the West. Unfortunately, it was confirmed last year that the global release would be cancelled and that the game would end service on January 18th, 2025.
