The fourth and final tankoubon volume of the Kiraware Tsuma wa, Eiyuu Shougun to Rikon Shitai! Ikinari Kaette Kite Dekiai Nante Shinjimasen (The Scorned Wife Wants to Divorce the Hero General!) manga by Koyama Nayu was released on May 30th, 2025.
Koyama started the manga in October 2022 on Ichijinsha’s Zero Sum Online website, and Ichijinsha released the manga’s first volume in April 2023.
The story follows Soaris, the daughter of a wealthy viscount, who at age 12 is married to Arendio, the son of a poor countess, in a political marriage. Apparently dissatisfied with this marriage, he left Soaris for military service soon after. Ten years later, Soaris’ family has fallen into ruin, and she decides to divorce him for the sake of Arendio, who has become a hero of the country. But when Alendio returns, he loves Soaris as if she were a different person! What in the world is going on?
The manga is an adaptation of the light novel series of the same name by author Hiirage Ichiha and illustrator Miura Hiraku. Ichijinsha published the first novel in the series in December 2021 and the third and final novel in August 2023.
