WWWave Corporation has revealed the main promotional video and visual for the Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun (Don’t Touch Kotesashi/さわらないで小手指くん) TV anime. It also confirmed that the anime will premiere on the Tokyo MX channel on October 5th, 2025, at 25:05 (effectively October 6th at 1:05 a.m.).

The uncensored version of the anime will be exclusively streamed on the AnimeFesta service, while the partially censored version and fully censored versions will be streamed on AnimeFesta and other streaming services.
Saito Hisashi is directing the anime at Quad studio, and the anime will star:
- Yasuda Rikuya as Koyo Kotesashi
- Sugata Hina as Arama Kusunoki
- Murakami Manatsu as Chiyo Sayamagaoka
- Aoki Ruriko as Miyuki Hongo
- Aizawa Saya as Izumi Sumiyoshi
- Serizawa Yuu as Aoba Kitahara
The anime is based on Shinjou Takuya’s Sawaranaide Kotesashi-kun manga. Shinjou started the manga in May 2021 in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app, and Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in September 2021. The manga’s 12th volume was published on July 9th, 2025, and the 13th volume will be released on October 9th, 2025.
The manga follows Kotesashi Koyo, a high school freshman with a unique skill for massaging. To earn money for tuition, Koyo becomes the manager of the dormitory of the sports powerhouse Seiwa University High School. There, he meets a group of JK athletes! To get a scholarship to medical school, Koyo devotes himself to “taking care of their mind and body”!
