Staff for the Kami no Niwatsuki Kusunoki-tei (Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods/ 神の庭付き楠木邸) TV anime have revealed the anime’s first promotional video and key visual, confirming that the anime will premiere in April 2026.

Sekino Sekijuu is directing the anime at JUVENAGE studio, and the anime will star:
- Sakana Shougo as Minato Kusunoki
- Fuji Shinshuu as Yamagami
- KotoBuki Minako as Torika
- Tokudome Shinnosuke as Seri
- Koichi Makoto as Utsugi
- Umehara Yuuichirou as Saiga Harima
- Nakajima Yoshiki as Fujin
- Kobayashi Daiki as Raijin
The anime is based on Kusunoki Enju’s Kami no Niwatsuki Kusunoki-tei light novel series. Author Enji started the story in April 2021 on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and Kadokawa published the first novel with illustrations by Ox (Ikinokori Renkinjutsushi wa Machi de Shizuka ni Karashitai) in November 2021. The 11th novel in the series will be released on November 17th, 2025.
The novel series was also adapted into a manga by Anzai Akira in November 2021 in Kadokawa’s ComicWalker. Kadokawa published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in August 2022 and the fourth volume in December 2024. The manga’s fifth volume is scheduled for release on December 27th, 2025.
Yen Press publishes the novel series in English under the name Kusunoki’s Garden of Gods, and it will release the third novel on November 25th, 2025. Yen Press describes the story below:
“Deep in the countryside, Minato Kusunoki is left in charge of a terrifying house overflowing with evil spirits—or at least it was, until his extraordinary ability cleared them all out! Instead, a procession of unique and peculiar gods is drawn to the comfort of the purified Kusunoki residence, and Minato spends his days relaxing in the company of his spiritual neighbours. What else lies in store for Minato as he lives peacefully surrounded by gods?”
