Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app has released the final chapter of the Tokyo Death Race (東京デスレース ) manga by Serizawa Naoki on January 2nd, 2026.
Author Serizawa began publishing the manga in December 2024 on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket app, and Kodansha released the manga’s first tankoubon volume in March 2025, followed by the second volume in August 2025.
The story is set in the near future, where weapons are allowed, and the fastest, most brutal death race on public roads is taking place! Former racer Hayate Souma is kidnapped by a sinister group and, in order to repay his debts, he is forced to participate in the Tokyo Death Race, a race that covers the entire city of Tokyo. With his own survival on the line, Hayate takes on the death race, where conspiracy is rife!
