The third and final tankoubon volume of the Itehoshi no Kalevala (Epic of Snowball Earth/ 凍星のカレワラ) manga by Iso Mishima and Yuuko Satou was released on July 31st, 2025.
The fantasy manga began in 2021 on Takeshobo’s Web Comic Gamma website, and Takeshobo released the manga’s first volume in July 2022 and the second volume in July 2023.
The story is set in a frozen, snow-covered world, where only the Dragon King can bring heat and melt it. A young girl named Heroi, who lives in the bitter cold with a cruel father, carves through glaciers to excavate relics and one day finds a tiny baby dragon.
