Staff for the Saigo ni Hitotsu dake Onegai Shite mo Yoroshii Deshou ka (May I Ask for One Final Thing?/ 最後にひとつだけお願いしてもよろしいでしょうか ) TV anime have revealed the second promotional video, and confirmed that the anime will premiere on October 3rd, 2025, at midnight on the Tokyo MX and BS11 channels.

Crunchyroll has also confirmed that it will stream the anime in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.
Sakamoto Kazuya (Kaginado) is directing the anime at LIDEN FILMS, and the anime will star:

The anime is based on the Saigo ni Hitotsu dake Onegai Shite mo Yoroshii Deshou ka (May I Ask for One Final Thing?) manga by Hoonoki Sora. Hoonoki started the manga in June 2019 on the Alphapilis Manga website, and Alphapolis published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2020 and the ninth volume in September 2024.
The manga received a spinoff manga, the first volume was released in March 2025, and a second volume in June 2025.
The manga is based on the web novel series of the same name by Outori Nana. AlphaPolis released Outori’s first novel with illustrations by Satsuki in July 2018 and the sixth novel on July 27th, 2025.
In the middle of a ball, Scarlet’s fiancé, Kyle, suddenly calls off their engagement. She’s falsely accused of being a bully, and people unfairly call her a Villainess. The aristocrats and noble families all denounce her. For years, she had to put up with his abuse and idiocy, but she couldn’t take any more of it!
