IMAGICA Infos has announced that the boys-love Perfect Addiction (パーフェクトアディクション ) manga by Miyama Kaoruko will be getting a light anime adaptation.
Miyama started the manga in April 2022 in Kaiohsha’s Gush magazine, and Kaiohsha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2023. The manga’s fourth volume will be released on March 10th, 2026.
Seven Seas Entertainment releases the manga in English under the name Perfect Addiction. The manga’s first volume in English was released on February 3rd, 2026, and the second volume is scheduled for release on July 21st, 2026. Seven Seas Entertainment describes the manga below:

IMAGICA Infos announced in 2025 that it had joined with Dai Nippon Printing, CYBIRD, and Blue Rights to form the boys’ love label Balloon. It was confirmed that Ballon’s first project would be an anime adaptation of Asahi Tenma’s Saioshi no Gikei o Mederu Tame, Nagaikishimasu! (最推しの義兄を愛でるため、長生きします！) light novel series. The Perfect Addiction anime adaptation will be the label’s second project.
