Fuji TV announced this week that the popular Korean webtoon series Viral Hit by Pak Taejun and Junghyns Kim will be getting a TV anime adaptation, premiering in April 2024. The anime Kenka Dokugaku, the Japanese title of the webtoon, will air on the Fuji TV+ programming block.

Hishida Masakazu (Fairy Ranmaru, KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm) directs the anime at Okuruto Noboru studio. The anime series will stream on Crunchyroll as it airs and will be available in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, and CIS.

The webtoon was launched in Korean in November 2019, and WEBTOON began publishing the series in English in October 2020. As of February 5th, 2024, it has published 203 chapters. In Japan, the webtoon is published on the LINE Manga app.
