Nonco’s Kanan-sama wa Akumade Choroi (Mistress Kanan is Devilishly Easy) manga has been green-lit for a TV anime in 2026. The anime’s official website has opened, and it confirms that Studio KAI is animating the series. It also revealed a teaser visual for the anime.

Manga author nonco started the manga in June 2022 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shounen Magazine, and Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in October 2022. The manga’s ninth volume will be released on April 16th, 2025.
The story follows Kanan, a female devil, who hides in a high school in the human world in order to devour human souls. She sets her sights on a high school boy, but before she knows it, she somehow ends up making a contract with him as his girlfriend!? However, Kanan has never been in love before, so she is filled with unknown emotions…!
