Pony Canyon has revealed a new teaser trailer for the Sound! Euphonium, The Final Movie, part one in the Hibike! Euphonium (Sound! Euphonium) franchise, and it has confirmed that the film will premiere in the Spring of 2026.

The Hibike! Euphonium (Sound! Euphonium) is a TV anime series that premiered in April 2015 and has since produced three seasons, five films, special editions, and spin-off films. The franchise is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
The original anime was an adaptation of the Hibike! Euphonium: Kitauji Koukou Suisougaku-Bu e Youkoso light novel series by author Takeda Ayano and illustrator Asada Nikki. Publisher Takarajimasha published the first novel in December 2013 and the final novel in two parts, one in April 2019 and the second in June 2019. Further short stories have also been published since the release of the final novel.
