Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster manga service has announced that the Aisanai to Iwaremashite mo: Moto Maou no Hakushaku Reijou wa Kimajime Gunjin ni Edzuke o Sarete Shiawase ni Naru (Dinners with My Darling: How the Former Monster King Ate Her Way to Happiness/愛さないといわれましても ～元魔王の伯爵令嬢は生真面目軍人に餌付けをされて幸せになる～) manga by Ishino Toi has been green-lit for a TV anime adaptation. The manga is an adaptation of the light novel series by Mameta Mugi.

Ishino started the manga adaptation of the novels in January 2023 on Futabasha’s Gaugau Monster manga service, and Futabasha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in May 2023. The manga’s seventh volume is scheduled for release on May 5th 2026.
MangaPlaza releases the manga chapters digitally in English under the name Dinners with My Darling: How the Former Monster King Ate Her Way to Happiness, and it describes the story below:

Mameta started the original story in April 2022 on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and Futabasha published the first novel, with illustrations by Hanazome Nagisa, in October 2022. The series’s seventh novel is scheduled for release on May 7th 2026.
