Staff for the Majutsu o Kiwamete Tabi ni Deta Tensei Elf, Moteamashita Jumyou de Ikeru Densetsu to Naru ( 魔術を極めて旅に出た転生エルフ、持て余した寿命で生ける伝説となる) TV anime have revealed a teaser promotional video, a teaser visual and confirmed its 2027 debut.

Inaba Yuki is directing the anime at Studio Palette, and the anime will star Yamashita Daiki as Liese and Hishikawa Hana as Minori.
The anime is based on the Tensei Elf ni Yoru 900-nen no Yuukyuu Musouki: 30-sai de Zenzokusei Mahou, 100-sai de Kodai Majutsu o Shuutoku. Nokori 900-nen, Zenbu Musou! 転生エルフによる900年の悠久スローライフ～全属性魔法と古代魔術を100年で極めたので、残りの人生は気楽に謳歌します～ ) light novel story by Sakakibara Monshou and its manga adaptation.
Author Sakikabara started the original story in 2021 on the Kakuyomu website, and Starts Publishing released one novel with illustrations by Kyoka Hatori in December 2022.
The novel story was adapted into a manga by kanco in May 2023 under the name Majutsu o Kiwamete Tabi ni Deta Tensei Elf, Moteamashita Jumyou de Ikeru Densetsu to Naru (魔術を極めて旅に出た転生エルフ、持て余した寿命で生ける伝説となる ). Starts Publishing released the manga’s first tankoubon volume under the Glast Comics label in March 2024 and the sixth volume in April 2026.
The story follows Minoru, whose ordinary life came to an end after an accident, and who is reincarnated as an elf with an average lifespan of 1000 years. Due to the regret of not being able to do anything in his previous life, he decided to leave his village and travel in this life to leave behind evidence that he once lived in this world. However, the head of the elf clan imposes a certain trial.
This is the long tale of a reincarnated elf who became a living legend.
