The staff for the Maou 2099 (Demon Lord 2099) TV anime have revealed a new key visual and confirmed that the anime will premiere in October 2024.
Ando Ryo (Double Decker! Doug & Kirill) is directing the anime at J.C. Staff Studio, and the anime will star Hino Satoshi as Demon Lord Veltol, Itou Miko as Machina, Hishikawa Hana as Takahashi, Namikawa Daisuke as Graham, Matsukaze Masaya as Lord Marcus and Itou Shizuka as Kinohara.

The anime is based on the light novel series by author Murasaki Daigo (Dantoudai no Hanayome) and illustrator Kureta (Ishura, Ihoujin, Dungeon ni Moguru). Kadokawa released the first novel in the series in January 2021, and the third novel was published in June 2023.
