Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ published the final chapter of the Hidarikiki no Eren (Eren the Southpaw/左ききのエレン) manga by Kappi and nifuni on August 12th, 2026. The 26th and final tankoubon volume will be released on September 4th, 2026.
Kappi started the original manga in March 2016 on the Cakes web manga service, and then launched it as a remake with art by nifuni in October 2017, in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ service. The manga originally ended in October 2022 but received extra chapters. A new serialisation of the manga began in March 2026 on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website.
Shueisha published the manga’s first volume in December 2017, and the 25th volume was released in May 2026.
Shueisha’s Manga Plus website releases the manga chapters digitally in English under the name Eren the Southpaw, and it describes the manga story below:
“To those who couldn’t become geniuses… A heart-wrenching drama of creators that took the internet by storm. A story revolving around talent unfolds here.”
The manga was adapated into a Live-action series in October 2019 and a TV anime in April 2026.
