Publisher Aniplex and developer TYPE-MOON have announced that the Fate/hollow ataraxia REMASTERED visual novel game will launch for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in 2025.

The remastered version of the visual novel was first announced in August 2024, although no release date was confirmed at the time.

The original Fate/hollow ataraxia visual novel was released for PC in Japan in October 2005 and for PlayStation Vita in November 2014. The game is a sequel to the Fate/ stay night visual novel, which was originally released in January 2004 and its remastered version, which debuted in August 2024 for Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
