Futabasha’s Manga Action magazine has revealed that the Ganka wa Kurai Keiousen Desu (Below is the Dark Keio Line/) novel by Rokakoen will be adapted into a manga with art by tomto on October 17th, 2025, on the Web Action platform.
Rakakoen (Itan no Shukusai) released the Ganka wa Kurai Keiousen Desu novel in August 2024 under the Futabasha label. The story follows university student Kotonoha, who falls in love at first sight with Shima, after he saves her from being taken home after a drinking party.
In order to get Shima’s attention, Kotonoha helps him investigate the disturbing stories that he is passionate about. However, it seems that Kotonoha is prone to attracting spirits and supernatural phenomena, and she is constantly getting into dangerous situations that seem to put her life in danger. Each time this happens, she feels deeply remorseful and thinks about quitting, but when Shima invites her out with his wonderfully beautiful voice, she just can’t refuse.
