It has also been confirmed that the anime will premiere on October 5th, 2025, on the Tokyo MX and BS BTV channels at 11:30 p.m., and that the anime will stream on the d Anime Store at midnight on the same day.

The anime is based on the Chichi wa Eiyuu, Haha wa Seirei, Musume no Watashi wa Tenseisha light novel series by writer Matsuura and illustrator Keepout.

Matsuura started the light novel series in 2016 on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website, and Kadokawa published the first novel with illustrations by Keepout in 2018, while the ninth and final novel was published in October 2022.

Ohhori Yutaka published a manga adaptation of the light novel series in September 2018 in Square Enix’s Monthly Big Gangan magazine. Square Enix published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in May 2019, and the manga’s 13th volume is scheduled for release on September 25, 2025.

Both Manga UP! Global and BookWalker Global release the manga chapters digitally in English under the title Reincarnated as the Daughter of the Legendary Hero and the Queen of Spirits. They describe the story below:
