The first tankoubon volume of the Blitz Magic Scaling @COMIC (ブリッツ・マジック・スケーリング@COMIC) manga by Useki Yasuda will be released on February 10th, 2026, by TO Books.
The manga is an adaptation of the Blitz Magic Sukeringu (Blitz Magic Scaling/ ブリッツ・マジック・スケーリング) story by Hasekura Isuna. TO Books will also release Hasekura’s story as a novel with illustrations by Sagara Riri on February 10th, 2026.
Hasekura, author of the Oukami to Koushinryou (Spice & Wolf) novel series, started the original Blitz Magic Sukeringu story in 2022. Useki started the manga adaptation in October 2025 on TO Books’ Corona EX website.
The story follows Yorinobu, a former IT company employee, who is reincarnated into a medieval parallel world. With the help of fellow reincarnated Kengo, a former foreign consultant, he begins working at a trading company, but with neither magical abilities nor cheats, Yorinobu finds himself faced with days of low-wage labour, just like in his previous life!? That is, until Yorinobu comes up with an idea to create the most complex magic circle in the parallel world using junk magic stones and modern knowledge to rewrite an underdeveloped, civilised world!
