Staff for the Ibitte Konai Gibo to Gishi (My Stepmother and Stepsisters Aren’t Wicked/ いびってこない義母と義姉 ) TV anime have revealed the anime’s main promotional video and confirmed that it will premiere on July 8th, 2026. The anime’s English title is written as My mother-in-law and sister-in-law who don’t bully me.

The anime will debut on July 8th at 11:30 p.m. on the TV Kanagawa, TV Saitama, and Chiba TV channels.
Inoue Keisuke is directing the anime at NEWON studios, and the anime will star:
- Suzuki Hina as Miya Nakamura
- Kujira as Tery Konokura
- Serizawa Yuu as Marika Konokura
- Nukui Yuka as Arisa Konokura
- Mugiho Anna as Gungnir

The anime is based on Otsuji’s Ibitte Konai Gibo to Gishi manga. Manga artist Otsuji started the manga in November 2020 in Ichijinsha’s Comic POOL digital Manga magazine, and Ichijinsha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in May 2021. The manga’s ninth volume was released in February 2026.
Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the manga in English under the name My Stepmother and Stepsisters Aren’t Wicked, and it will release the eighth volume on June 23rd, 2026. Seven Seas Entertainment describes the manga’s story below:
