A release-day playbook

This puts everything from the Grow guides into one routine. Adapt it to your own schedule.

Four to five days before

• Chapter scheduled, with pages checked in the preview and a non-spoiler thumbnail.
• A teaser post: one panel and the release time.
• Supporters on early access already have the chapter, so ask them not to spoil it.

Release hour

• The chapter goes live, and followers are notified.
• Share the short link on your socials.
• Stay for the first 30–60 minutes to reply to comments while readers are active.

The next day

• Thank readers in a short post, and answer the best question from the comments.
• React to fan art and theories. Recognition turns readers into regulars.

One week later

• Check Audience Acquisition: where did this chapter's readers come from?
• Check follows from the chapter: did the ending ask work?
• Note one thing to try next time.

Every month

• Make sure at least one chapter went out, even in a busy month.
• Look at Pledges → Insights and thank new supporters.
• Read the creator notice board in the Studio for new features you can use.
