As previously revealed in chapter 77, published on Kodansha‘s YanMaga Web platform on September 25, Ueno Meguru’s Gyaru-Sen is set to end in chapter 81, two weeks from now. Ueno has revealed on Twitter that the storyboard for the final chapter has already been completed, and will be 32 pages in total. Chapter 79 was published on October 9.
Also known for Hajimete no Gal, currently serialized on Kadokawa Shoten‘s Shounen Ace, and five-volume series Otaku no Tonari wa Elf desu ka?, Ueno launched Gyaru-Sen on Kodansha‘s Weekly Young Magazine on September 13, 2021, before moving to YanMaga Web on September 26, 2022. As of August 4, 2023, the series has been collected into seven tankoubon volumes.
