High school student Sakura Haruka has never thought he was good for anything other than using his fists. That, coupled with his odd looks and a fixation on being the toughest guy around, has pushed other people away to the point he gets flustered when someone treats him with genuine kindness. Nonetheless, that is why he enrolled at Fuurin High in the town of Makochi, a school famous for being full of violent dropouts: to prove himself in a school full of people just like him and make it to the top. But as he discovers, the reality is a slightly different: Fuurin students are indeed a violent bunch, but they’re also the one thing standing between people living in Makochi and all the other gangs of delinquents who settled into the town, hailed as heroes by everyone. Perhaps Sakura has found a place where he can be himself and be appreciated for it… but can he accept it?
