The fifth and final tankoubon volume of Kira Hanamaru’s Okuremashite Seishun (Hitting Rewind With You/ おくれまして青春 ) manga was released on November 13th, 2025.
Manga author Kira started the manga in October 2023 in Kodansha’s Dessert magazine and ended it in September 2025. Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in March 2024 and the fourth volume in July 2025.
Kodansha USA has confirmed that it will release the manga in English under the title Hitting Rewind With You, starting in the Spring of 2026. Volume one is scheduled for release on February 24th, 2026, and the manga’s second volume is scheduled for April 21st, 2026.

“Wakaba Kayano is a 20-year-old college student who was too busy studying in high school to experience the quintessential personal milestones of her teenage years, like going on an afterschool date. In a moment of desperation, she goes out on Halloween in her old high school uniform in an effort to take back some of those heart-fluttering experiences she never had, and in doing encounters Fumito, a boy clad in the quintessential high school boy uniform. Whisked away on the date of her dreams, she panics when forced to reveal her true age–only to find out that Fumito is in college, too!”
