Shueisha has confirmed that the Prism Rondo (Love Through a Prism/ プリズム輪舞曲 ) original anime will get a manga adaptation by Minami Maki on Shueisha’s Shonen Jump+ website on January 8th, 2026.
The anime is based on an original story by Kamio Youko and is directed by Nakazawa Kazuto at Wit Studio. The show will premiere on January 15th 2026, on Netflix, and Tanazaki Atsumi will star as the protagonist Lili Ichijoin.

Netflix states that the Love Through a Prism anime is centred on Lili Ichijoin, a Japanese exchange student who travels to England to enrol in the prestigious Saint Thomas Art Academy. Determined to become a painter, she arrives under pressure: her parents expect her to rise to the top of her class within six months or return home.
Lili’s drive intensifies when she encounters Kit Church, a gifted aristocratic student known for his talent and detachment. While Kit has devoted himself entirely to painting, Lili’s sincerity and resilience begin to shift something in him. The two share little beyond their love for art, yet their relationship quickly becomes central to life at the academy.
