The forensic veterinary mystery manga Last Karte: Houjuuigakusha Touma Kenshou no Kioku will end with the release of the ninth tankoubon volume on May 17th, 2024.
Asayama Wakabi (Sennou Shitsuji) started the manga in January 2022 in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shounen Sunday magazine. Shogakukan published its first volume in March 2022, and the manga’s most recent volume, number eight, was released on March 18th, 2024.
Kenshou Touma is an ordinary high schooler who worries and dreams about his future, just like everyone else. One day, he encounters a large number of crows in the park who have died an unnatural death. While involved in that incident, a certain superpower manifests in him.
