Square Enix’s Young Gangan magazine confirmed this week that the manga Shokei Shoujo no Virgin Road (The Executioner and Her Way of Life) will end on April 19th, 2024, in the magazine’s ninth issue of this year.
Mitsuya Ryou’s manga is an adaptation of Satou Mato and Nilitsu’s light novel series (Dungeon ni Deai o Motomeru no wa Machigatteiru Darou ka: Familia Chronicle). Mitsuya started the manga in June 2020 in the Young Gangan magazine, and Square Enix released the manga’s first tankoubon volume in February 2021 and the sixth volume in August 2023.
SB Creative published the original novel series, with the first volume released in July 2019 and the ninth volume published in January 2024. The novels won the grand prize at the GA Bunko Awards in 2018 and inspired a TV anime adaptation in April 2022.
