Manga creator Takano Hitomi announced on their Twitter account that they will publish the final chapter of the Gene Bride manga in the December 2024 issue of Shodensha’s Feel Young magazine, which will be available for sale on November 8th, 2024.

Takano (Watashi no Shounen, Tsuranaru Stella) started the manga in June 2021 in Shodensha’s Feel Young magazine. Shodensha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in November 2021 and the third volume in February 2024. Seven Seas will publish the manga in English and release the first volume on April 8th, 2025.
Isahaya Ichi is fed up with men, a woman navigating a world where she’s underestimated at work because of her gender and sexually harassed. But when her former classmate, Masaki, unexpectedly shows up, everything changes. He claims to be the other half of her “destined pair” from a junior high school event called “Gene Bride,” where genetic information matched students into couples for a day.
