The official Twitter account for the Bungo Stray Dogs manga has confirmed that the Bungo Stray Dogs Gaiden: Ayatsuji Yukito VS. Kyogoku Natsuhiko (Bungo Stray Dogs: Another Story – Yukito Ayatsuji vs. Natsuhiko Kyogoku) spinoff manga by Oyoyo will return after a two-year hiatus. The manga will resume serialization with the release of chapter 9 on Kadokawa’s Young Ace Up website on October 14th, 2024.

The Bungo Stray Dogs Gaiden: Ayatsuji Yukito VS. Kyogoku Natsuhiko manga is an adaptation of the novel by the same name, written by Asagiri Kafka and illustrated by Harukawa Sango. Oyoyo started the manga adaptation in December 2017 on Kadokawa’s Young Ace Up website, and Kadokawa published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in December 2018 and the second volume in March 2022. The manga went into hiatus in June 2022.
