Staff for the TV anime Ame to Kimi to (With You and the Rain) have confirmed that the show will premiere in July 2025 and have revealed the names of some of the main cast and staff. A key visual for the anime has also been released.
Tsukimisato Tomohiro (Bikkuri-Men, Tanuki to Kitsune, Kirakira Kirari) is directing the anime at Lesprit Studio, and the anime will star:
- Hayami Soari as Fuji
- Kamakura Yuna as Mimi
- Satou Satomi as Ren
- Yomoto Yuzu as Kii Ella Krause
The anime is based on Nikaido Kou’s Ame to Kimi to (With You and the Rain) manga. Nikaido started the manga in August 2020 in Kodansha’s Young Magazine, and Kodansha published the manga’s first tankoubon volume in March 2021 and the seventh in September 2024. The manga is released in English by Kodansha USA Publishing, and it released the manga’s sixth volume in May 2024.
